● Stainless Steel Rivets is made of the stainless material. It can be used in many applications. They are commonly used in brake lining, clutch button, clutch facing, hardware tools, and other industries. Setting the rivet is achieved by passing the rivet through the material to be fixed and then either deforming the end of the shank or fitting a non return washer such as a "starlock". Deformation can be achieved crudely by hammering or in a more controlled fashion either by using a press or spin riveting. The load is stronger than that of half-hollow rivet, which is mainly used for riveting occasions.
● We support customized and can also manufacture non-standard fasteners according to your drawings.

Stainless steel rivets offer several advantages compared to other types of rivets.
(1)Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel rivets are known for their excellent corrosion resistance, which makes them ideal for use in environments where moisture, chemicals, or other corrosive elements are present. Unlike steel or other metal rivets, stainless steel rivets are highly resistant to rust, tarnish, and other forms of corrosion, ensuring the long-term durability and reliability of the joint.
(2)Strength and durability: Stainless steel rivets are made from a high-strength material that provides excellent mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, shear strength, and impact resistance. This makes stainless steel rivets suitable for heavy-duty applications that require high strength and durability, such as in construction, automotive, aerospace, and marine industries.
(3)Aesthetic appeal: Stainless steel rivets are often used in applications where aesthetics and appearance are important. They have a clean and attractive appearance, and their polished or brushed finishes can enhance the overall appearance of the joint.
(4)Wide range of applications: Stainless steel rivets are versatile and can be used in a wide range of applications. They are suitable for joining various materials. Stainless steel rivets can be used in automotive, aerospace, construction, marine, electronics, and other industries, making them a versatile choice for many different applications.
(5)Ease of installation: Stainless steel rivets can be installed using simple hand tools or automated rivet guns, making them easy and convenient to use.
(6)Resistance to temperature variations: Stainless steel rivets have good resistance to temperature variations, making them suitable for use in applications that involve high or low temperatures. They can maintain their mechanical properties and performance even in extreme temperature environments, making them ideal for applications that require stability and reliability under temperature fluctuations.
There are many types of stainless steel rivets we produce, suitable for each purpose, and can also be customized according to your needs.
Stainless steel rivets with different head shapes can be suitable for various applications, depending on the specific head shape and its characteristics. Here are some examples:
(1)Round head: Stainless steel rivets with a dome or round head are commonly used in applications where a smooth, finished appearance is desired, or where the rivet needs to be flush or countersunk into the material. Round head rivets are often used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and construction, where aesthetics and corrosion resistance are important.
(2)Flat head: Stainless steel rivets with a flat head are typically used when the rivet needs to be flush or countersunk into the material, but a larger bearing surface is required for increased load-bearing capacity. Flat head rivets are commonly used in applications where the rivet is subjected to heavy loads, such as in structural components, machinery, and heavy equipment.
(3)Countersunk head: Stainless steel rivets with a countersunk head are used when the rivet needs to be flush with the material surface, and the head should be angled to allow for a smooth transition between the rivet and the surrounding material. Countersunk head rivets are commonly used in applications where aesthetics and aerodynamics are important, such as in aerospace, automotive, and marine industries.
(4)Oval Head Round Head: Stainless steel rivets with a pan head are similar to round head rivets but have a flatter profile. Pan head rivets are commonly used in applications where a low-profile head is desired, but a larger bearing surface is needed for increased load-bearing capacity. Pan head rivets are used in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, and consumer goods.
We manufacture a wide variety of stainless steel rivets for a variety of purposes and can also be customized to suit your needs.
