Copper Tubular Rivets
● Copper Tubular Rivets is made of the copper material. It can be used in many applications. They are commonly used in brake lining, clutch button, clutch facing, hardware tools, and other industries. Setting the rivet is achieved by passing the rivet through the material to be fixed and then either deforming the end of the shank or fitting a non return washer such as a "starlock". Deformation can be achieved crudely by hammering or in a more controlled fashion either by using a press or spin riveting. The load is stronger than that of half-hollow rivet, which is mainly used for riveting occasions.
● We support customized and can also manufacture non-standard fasteners according to your drawings.

Copper tubular rivets are versatile fasteners widely used in various industries due to their unique characteristics.
(1)Material and Strength: Copper tubular rivets are made from high-quality copper, which offers excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. They possess sufficient strength to join and secure different materials effectively.
(2)Tubular Design: These rivets have a hollow tubular structure, allowing for flexibility and expansion during installation. The tubular design enables them to join materials with varying thicknesses while maintaining a secure connection.
(3)Versatility: Copper tubular rivets can be used in a wide range of applications. They are suitable for joining soft materials such as leather, fabric, or plastics. Additionally, they can also be used in electrical applications due to their conductivity.
(1)Leather Goods: Copper tubular rivets are commonly used in the manufacturing of leather goods, such as bags, belts, and footwear. They provide a secure and aesthetically pleasing way to join leather components.
(2)Textiles and Fabrics: These rivets are ideal for securing fabrics and textiles, especially in applications like clothing, curtains, and upholstery. The tubular design allows for easy insertion without damaging the delicate materials.
(3)Electrical and Electronics: Copper tubular rivets are often utilized in electrical and electronics industries. They are employed in the assembly of circuit boards, grounding connections, and cable terminations due to their conductivity and corrosion resistance.
(4)Arts and Crafts: The versatility of copper tubular rivets makes them popular in arts and crafts projects. They can be used to create unique jewelry, decorative items, and metal sculptures, adding a distinct aesthetic appeal.
(1)Preparing the Materials: Align the materials to be joined and ensure that they are properly positioned and drilled with holes of appropriate sizes to accommodate the rivets.
(2)Inserting the Rivets: Insert the tubular end of the rivet into the pre-drilled hole, making sure it passes through all the layers of material to be joined.
(3)Setting the Rivets: Use a rivet setting tool or a hammer and anvil to flatten and deform the non-tubular end of the rivet. This process expands the rivet, creating a secure connection and forming a finished head on the visible side.
(4)Finishing Touches: Trim any excess rivet material protruding from the finished head, if necessary, to achieve a clean and professional appearance.
Copper Tubular Rivets are versatile fasteners that offer excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and flexibility. They find applications in leather goods, textiles, electronics, and arts and crafts. The installation process involves aligning, inserting, setting, and finishing the rivets. Whether you're working on a leather project, textile application, or electrical assembly, Copper Tubular Rivets provide reliable and visually appealing connections.
(1)When choosing Copper Tubular Rivets, there are several factors to consider:
(2)Material and Strength: Ensure that the rivets are made from high-quality copper for optimal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Consider the required strength for your specific application and select a rivet size and thickness that meets those requirements.
(3)Tubular Design: Determine the appropriate length and diameter of the tubular rivets based on the thickness and type of materials you need to join. Consider the expansion and flexibility needed during installation to accommodate variations in material thickness.
(4)Application Specifics: Consider the specific application requirements. If the rivets will be used in electrical or electronic applications, verify that they have proper conductivity and are suitable for the voltage and current requirements. For leather goods or textiles, ensure that the rivets are compatible with the materials and will provide a secure and aesthetically pleasing connection.
By considering these factors, you can choose Copper Tubular Rivets that meet your specific application requirements, ensuring durability, proper conductivity, and secure connections. Working with a reputable supplier will provide you with confidence in the quality and reliability of the rivets you select.
