● Copper Solid Rivets is made of the copper material. It can be used in many applications. They are commonly used in brake lining, clutch button, clutch facing, hardware tools, and other industries. Setting the rivet is achieved by passing the rivet through the material to be fixed and then either deforming the end of the shank or fitting a non return washer such as a "starlock". Deformation can be achieved crudely by hammering or in a more controlled fashion either by using a press or spin riveting. The load is stronger than that of half-hollow rivet, which is mainly used for riveting occasions.
● We support customized and can also manufacture non-standard fasteners according to your drawings.

Copper solid rivets are widely used in a variety of applications, ranging from automotive and aerospace to construction and electronics. Their unique properties make them an ideal choice for many projects, including those that require high strength, durability, and performance.
One of the main factors that impact the strength and durability of joints created with copper solid rivets is the material properties of copper itself. Copper is a highly conductive metal that is known for its excellent electrical and thermal properties. It is also highly ductile, which means that it can be easily shaped or formed into various shapes and sizes. This property makes copper an ideal material for manufacturing solid rivets that can withstand high levels of stress and pressure.
The material properties of copper also make it highly resistant to corrosion, oxidation, and other forms of degradation. Copper is known for its natural ability to form a protective layer of oxide on its surface, which helps to prevent further corrosion or damage to the metal. This property makes copper solid rivets an ideal choice for applications where they will be exposed to harsh environments, such as saltwater or acidic chemicals.
In addition to its resistance to corrosion and oxidation, copper is also highly resistant to fatigue and wear. This means that copper solid rivets are capable of withstanding repeated cycles of stress and pressure without becoming weakened or damaged. This property makes copper solid rivets an ideal choice for applications where they will be subjected to constant vibrations or other forms of mechanical stress.
The size and shape of a copper solid rivet also play an important role in its performance in a joint. The size of a rivet determines its ability to withstand the load or stress applied to the joint. A larger diameter rivet is capable of withstanding a greater load than a smaller diameter rivet. Similarly, the shape of a rivet can impact its ability to resist shear or tension forces.
The tensile strength of copper solid rivets is another important factor that impacts their performance in a joint. Tensile strength refers to the maximum amount of stress or load that a material can withstand before it fails. Copper solid rivets are typically manufactured with high tensile strength, which means that they are capable of withstanding high levels of stress or load without becoming deformed or damaged.
Copper solid rivets contribute significantly to the overall aesthetic and visual appeal of finished products or installations. Their unique properties and characteristics make them a popular choice for both functional and decorative applications. Here are some aspects:
(1)Rich and Distinctive Appearance: Copper has a warm, rich, and distinctive reddish-brown color that adds visual interest to any product or installation. The natural patina that develops over time further enhances its aesthetic appeal, giving it a unique and timeless look.
(2)Contrasting Finishes: Copper solid rivets can be polished, brushed, or given various surface finishes to create contrasting effects. The interplay of light on the different finishes adds depth and texture, creating visually captivating details.
(3)Decorative Accents: Copper solid rivets can serve as decorative accents, highlighting specific features or areas of a product or installation. They can be strategically placed to draw attention and add an element of elegance and sophistication.
(4)Vintage or Industrial Aesthetics: Copper has a historical association with the craftsmanship and traditional manufacturing processes. Incorporating copper solid rivets into a product or installation can evoke a sense of nostalgia, lending a vintage or industrial aesthetic that is popular in interior design and architectural applications.
(5)Complementing Other Materials: Copper's warm tones and malleability allow it to blend seamlessly with various materials, such as wood, stone, and glass. It can serve as a visually appealing bridge between different elements, enhancing the overall design and creating harmonious compositions.
